Welcome to NicoNico Mansion, a distinctive 7-bedroom villa in Petitenget where playful design, tropical surroundings and attentive service come together. Every corner has something to discover, from vintage artefacts and original artwork to industrial details, colourful touches and unexpected pieces that give the villa its own personality.

The experience goes beyond simply having a beautiful place to stay. With a dedicated villa manager, guests can enjoy thoughtful touches such as floating breakfasts, private BBQ dinners and relaxing spa treatments in the garden, all arranged to make your stay feel effortless.

Despite its peaceful setting on a quiet lane, the villa is right in the middle of the action. Petitenget Beach, Potato Head and some of Seminyak's favourite restaurants and beach clubs are all within easy reach, making it easy to enjoy the best of Bali before returning to your own private space.

Outdoor Areas

Step outside and you'll find a generous tropical garden designed for both relaxing and having fun. Spend sunny afternoons swimming in the private pool, lounging on the swing bench, stretching out in the hammock or gathering around the BBQ for an easy-going dinner.

Feeling competitive? The pool comes with a volleyball net, while the lawn provides plenty of space for a game of giant Jenga. With so many options, it's easy for everyone to find their favourite way to spend the afternoon.

For a quieter change of pace, head up to the rooftop lounge or settle onto the garden lawn for yoga, stretching or a peaceful morning surrounded by tropical greenery. A private yoga instructor can also be arranged through the villa manager upon request.

The kitchen adds another playful touch with its unusual bar seating, including a swing, horse-shaped seat and bicycle seat. Entertainment continues throughout the villa, with foosball and ping-pong downstairs and a billiards table upstairs — perfect for friendly tournaments after a day exploring Seminyak.

NicoNico Mansion brings a little extra fun to the everyday holiday routine. Wake up to a floating breakfast served directly in the pool, with tropical fruit, pastries, waffles and coffee to ease you into the morning.

When evening arrives, gather around the BBQ for a private chef experience in the garden, ideal for relaxed dinners with family and friends. For something more indulgent, spa therapists can set up treatments in the garden gazebo, turning a quiet afternoon into your own private spa session.

Your villa manager is on hand throughout your stay to help arrange transport, massages and other requests. Three housekeeping staff keep the villa running smoothly, while night-time security provides added peace of mind. During the day, simply ring the bell at the living room bar whenever you need assistance.

The location could not be any better, tucked in a quiet lane right in the heart of Seminyak. Within minutes walking you will be standing on the lively street with famous shops, cafés and restaurants such as Sarong, Biku, Saigon Street and the renowned beach club Potato Head. The Pepito Supermarket is right across the street, there are metered Blue Bird Taxi's around, pharmacies and ATM's. Everything needed is just a short walk away.
